bedesi is the authentic and traditional taste of India that is found in the hinterlands of the country. bedesi foods are original and have no preservatives or additional flavours mixed in them. Unlike other “organic” food conglomerates, bedesi produces natural foods with least machines involved. Our original taste is unique and exquisite. Local food recipes, preparation methods are employed to produce edible items which retain their originality. Crafts
bedesi also dabbles in handicrafts. Indian handicrafts have found global fame but local crafts require recognition and larger customer base to thrive and become profitable. It is bedesi’s vision to protect, preserve and promote these craft forms. Some of them include bamboo products basket weaving, knitting and stitching patterns.
